Validated systems
for leak testing
your products
Welcome to our new website!

We design and manufacture test stations for precise leak detection according to the customer's specific requirements. Our solutions are intended for series and one-off production as well as for the development of new products.

We supply the complete system, including modern detectors, vacuum technology and full application support. All to the customer's specification.

What is a leak

A leak is a defect in a component through which a medium passes undesirably due to a pressure difference. Its size is determined by the amount of medium that passes through the leak per unit of time.

The leak rate is expressed as a flow (leakage) per unit of time, most commonly in the units:

  • mbar·l/s or Pa·m³/s (vacuum technology)
  • sccm (compressed air technology)

In other words, a leak is an unwanted crack, hole or microporous spot in the wall of a device that allows uncontrolled ingress or escape of a liquid or gas. The aim of leak detection is to precisely locate these defects and quantify their size. Leak tests are carried out on products and systems that must reliably contain, or conversely convey in a controlled way, media in liquid or gaseous form.

How we measure leaks

Helium leak detection is one of the most accurate and sensitive leak testing methods. Helium is used as the tracer gas: thanks to the very small size of its atoms it easily penetrates even microscopic leaks, and it is chemically inert and safe for industrial use.

During the test, the product is connected to a mass spectrometer (helium leak detector) and exposed to helium. If there is a crack, porosity or other leak in the material, helium enters the vacuum system, where it is captured by the detector, which precisely measures the leak rate.

Modern helium leak detectors can reveal extremely small leaks down to the level of 10⁻¹² mbar·l/s. Thanks to this high sensitivity, the method is widely used, for example, in vacuum technology, the automotive industry, refrigeration, energy, aerospace, the manufacture of medical devices and the semiconductor industry.

Custom-built stations

We specialise in the development and manufacture of custom leak detection systems. We design each solution individually according to the specified requirements, so we can respond flexibly to the specific technical and operational needs of each application.

In the design we use modern, proven components that ensure high reliability and a long service life of the equipment.

An integral part of our systems is our own carefully developed software, which enables intuitive operation, precise evaluation of measurements and easy integration into production lines.

The combination of experience, a flexible approach and our own software allows us to design solutions that meet even the most demanding customer requirements.
